More they like to play video games and watch TV, apart from staying active in their everyday life. At school, children spend more and more time sitting that may reduce their active engagement in sports. Therefore, the rates of obesity among kids in the United States are high. To eliminate these, the importance of physical education at school is essential for the management of the lifestyle of kids apart from the class.When lessons of P.E. are not implemented in the school management program, the consequences will be severe because most children will reduce being physically active, spending less time on outdoor activities (football, baseball, running, jumping, etc.).
